Bio

I’ve been taking photos and videos most of my life. A disposable camera in elementary school. A dinky digital camera in middle school. A camcorder in high school. An iPhone in college.

Most of the time taking ridiculous photos and videos for school with my friends.

A few years ago, rummaging through my grandparents basement, I found a camera. A silver hunk of solid metal, a Nikkormat, I’d never seen anything like it.

In the 1960’s my grandfather gave a Navy buddy $200 to bring him back a Nikon from his deployment to Japan. The only place you could get a Nikon at the time. 50 years later, I found that camera, cleaned it up, and haven’t been able to put it down since.

Finding that camera shot me into the world of film photography, onto digital, and a love for taking photos.

Now I’m constantly capturing and collecting memories.

Say cheese.
